On January 12, 2022, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Shenyang Dashan Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Daewoong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was held in the conference room of Shenyang Dashan Pharmaceutical.

Mr. Liu Zhenhao, Vice Chairman of Shenyang Dashan Pharmaceutical; Mr. Yan Dong, General Manager of Shenyang Dashan Pharmaceutical; Mr. Han Xiao, Technical Director of Shenyang Dashan Pharmaceutical; along with Mr. Jiang Qiyuan, Head of Liaoning Daewoong Pharmaceutical; Mr. Pan Yue, Director of Business Management at Liaoning Daewoong Pharmaceutical; and Ms. Sheng Kexin, Head of the Research Center at Liaoning Daewoong Pharmaceutical, attended the signing ceremony.

Shenyang Dashan Pharmaceutical is a high-end drug formulation R&D center established in China by South Korea's DASAN Pharmaceutical. It introduces Korean technology to develop complex and advanced formulations such as enteric-coated pellets, taste-masking granules, sustained-release pellets, gastroretentive tablets, and bilayer tablets, providing industrial-scale technologies for complex high-end formulations tailored to the Chinese market. At the same time, it helps introduce advanced pharmaceutical technologies and products from South Korea, Europe, the United States, Japan, and other regions into China, serving the Chinese pharmaceutical industry.

Since 2013, South Korea's Daewoong Pharmaceutical has established professional liquid formulation production facilities and a research institute under Liaoning Daewoong Pharmaceutical. From R&D to production, it operates independently, with a focus on core Chinese talent. Based on its main liquid product portfolio, it has also expanded into new business areas such as health supplements and cosmetics.

Through this strategic cooperation, both parties will strengthen industrial collaboration, promote resource complementarity, and advance the R&D and production of innovative drugs and improved new drugs. Together, they aim to build a bridge for Sino-Korean cooperation, jointly establish technology platforms for advanced and complex formulations, and bring outstanding Korean products to China, benefiting more Chinese people.
