At 2:30 PM on October 14, 2020, in Room 315 of the Research Building at Xinglin College of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shenyang Dasan Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. was invited by Xinglin College to conduct an internship information session for all students of the Class of 17 (Class of 2021). The company's Administration and Finance Manager served as the keynote speaker for this session. The soon-to-graduate students were full of anticipation for the session, as they would be leaving school and entering society to start their own futures after just one more semester.

Shenyang Dasan Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. has always placed great emphasis not only on professional internship management but also on ensuring that internships align with students' majors, enhancing practical skills, and managing the internship process. At the beginning of the session, Manager Wang Xinyu introduced the company's development history, team structure, attendance policies, employee benefits, and other basic information. She then presented the technical support and graduation project support policies the company could offer to interns. Finally, Manager Wang Xinyu summarized that the most important aspect of the internship experience is learning—gaining new knowledge, new skills, and many things that cannot be learned on a university campus.

The ultimate goal of this session was to help more students gain more knowledge and learn more during their internship, enabling them to adapt more quickly to the various challenges that arise during internship work; to guide soon-to-graduate students in finding internship placements as soon as possible and successfully completing their internships; and to emphasize that study, experimentation, and internship are all important: learning is the foundation, diligence is the norm, habits become natural, and aspirations should be high. Hereby, we wish the Class of 17 (Class of 2021) students a lifelong journey forward, never stopping; and may Xinglin College continue to achieve greater glory, producing talents generation after generation.
