1. Apply a small amount of white sugar directly onto the oral ulcer surface, 2–3 times a day. Alternatively, dip a cotton swab into some Bingpengsan (a traditional Chinese medicine powder) and apply it to the affected area. Although it may taste a bit bitter, the ulcer should begin to heal after 2–3 days of consistent application.
2. Remove the outer skin of a garlic clove and take the thin, transparent membrane that wraps the clove. Place this membrane directly over the ulcer. Additionally, take Hua Su Tablets (buccal tablets) 1–2 tablets each time, 3–4 times daily.
3. After cleaning the mouth, use a cotton swab to apply honey directly onto the ulcer. Avoid eating for 15 minutes, then swallow the honey. Repeat the application multiple times throughout the day as needed.
Important Note: Eating more tomatoes may also help with oral ulcers.
