To actively explore the mode of university-enterprise joint cultivation of practice-oriented and application-oriented talents, to help college students gain knowledge, enhance their abilities, and make contributions through practice, and to cultivate high-quality, application-oriented, and innovative talents, the School of Pharmacy of Liaoning University and Shenyang DASAN Pharmaceutical jointly established a university-enterprise cooperative employment training base.

Chen Lijiang, Dean of the School of Pharmacy at Liaoning University; Wang Guan, Party Secretary of the School of Pharmacy; Li Yanhong, Deputy Party Secretary; Liu Yu, Associate Dean; and Xiang Zheng, Associate Dean, attended the signing ceremony.

Yan Dong, General Manager of Shenyang DASAN Pharmaceutical; Wang Xinyu, Deputy General Manager; and Chen Xu, Deputy General Manager, warmly welcomed the delegation from the School of Pharmacy of Liaoning University. General Manager Yan Dong gave a detailed introduction to the company’s development history, industrial layout, and university-enterprise cooperation.

Dean Chen Lijiang introduced the basic situation of the School of Pharmacy from aspects such as history, faculty, scientific research, and talent cultivation. She expressed the hope that the two sides would take this cooperation as an opportunity to achieve an organic connection between the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain through resource sharing and complementary advantages between the school and the enterprise, and jointly explore a new model of “school-enterprise cooperation” in all aspects.

The two sides conducted exchanges and discussions on next steps for university-enterprise cooperation, internship and employment, and talent cultivation. General Manager Yan Dong stated that the company would actively fulfill its social responsibilities, enabling more graduates to find a foothold, opportunities for development, and a path for growth within the enterprise, achieving a “two-way journey” between talent and the company.
