To help students gain a correct understanding of the current status and development prospects of pharmaceutical-related majors, establish a sound career perspective, and integrate the theoretical knowledge learned at school with practical application, from July 4 to 6, students organized by Shenyang Pharmaceutical University visited Shenyang DASAN Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. for a three-day study tour. The company's Formulation Department Manager, Assistant General Manager, and mentoring teachers accompanied and explained throughout the visit.
Upon arriving at the company, the Assistant General Manager first introduced the overall situation of the company to the students, giving them a preliminary understanding of Shenyang DASAN Pharmaceutical. Shenyang DASAN Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. has cooperated with Shenyang Pharmaceutical University for many years and serves as an important off-campus internship base for the university.
Subsequently, under the guidance of the Formulation Department Manager, the students visited the experimental area, the balance room, the walk-in stability chamber, the formulation workshop, the gas chromatography room, and the liquid chromatography room.
At each stop, the mentoring teachers explained the function of the equipment in detail and demonstrated how to use it.
During the visit, the students actively interacted with the on-site teachers, asking questions whenever they had doubts. The teachers patiently explained each point, and the students greatly benefited from the experience.
Through this visit, the students expressed that although the time was short, the experience was significant. By putting on lab coats and experiencing the real pharmaceutical work environment in the laboratory, they witnessed the drug development process and deeply felt the sense of honor and mission associated with the pharmaceutical industry.
