Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics, or Pharmaceutical Formulation, with at least five years of relevant work experience.

Proactive and honest, with strong communication skills and a good team player mindset.

Lead the design, implementation, and development of formulation projects, completing the entire R&D process in accordance with drug submission requirements.

Oversee the technology transfer (including documentation and technical aspects) and communication for formulation project manufacturing processes.

Perform statistical analysis of experimental results to ensure data accuracy and the validity of conclusions.

Prepare investigation reports, project initiation reports, lab-scale summary reports, and pilot-scale summary reports.

Draft project submission dossiers.
